Skout Hospitality is locally owned and operated by a native son who returned home after years in the industry — bringing back not just experience, but perspective. With over 20 years of hospitality and marketing know-how, our founder has pulled inspiration from: Late nights in Austin’s live music bars, Underground gems in Baltimore, High-velocity operations in Las Vegas, Espresso-fueled mornings in Rome, Iconic pizza joints in Napoli’s back alleys.
